@Rollthebuddah He has absolutely horrendous survivability from early to mid game. I play Heimerdinger as my main and I get ganked constantly because of this fact. Just pay attention to when and where he puts turrets. It takes forever to rebuild them if he just put them down. And be glad he only gets 2 turrets, unlike Shaco or Teemo...

@riceball23 Ever tried to lane against Soraka? It's silence, starfire, silence, starfire, silence, starfire. In about 2 seconds you'll have no turrets, no ability to cast spells due to endless silences, and an unbeatable Soraka due to her unending mana supply and ability to support other AP and AD champs. She'll easily overfarm you and take out your micro-turrets while she slaughters you with the help of another champ like Wukong or Ziggs.
