It's probably some kind of reflection from the helicopter or another camera from the same helicopters lense reflection... it could any kind of reflection from any moving part on the helicopter and the fact the helicopter is moving constantly and changing direction could give it the fast moving effect as the light traces quicker than the helicopter moving... it could be a bit of light trash caught in an updraft caused by the tsunami!

it moves too fast for a bird but who knows what it is. It looks pretty much what a 5$ lazer pen would make (if it was white instead of red and it was dark enough to show that brightly. @DjWhooCares I would say the same and im not saying that you are wrong but having seen 7 orbs so far in my 43 years at close to mid range i would not rule it out but yes it could be a rubbish bag or a white heron. If you have never seen an orb im sure that ones mind would be closed to the possibility of it being an orb

why would a alien craft be doing right there? an animal in that situation wouldnt survive or move that way let alone two. plastic or floating debris just doesnt make sense for the way it moves. i say its more likely a bird that is injured, because it doesnt seem to be able to fly strait up. give it up guys! no aliens playing games in tsunami debris!

@grimmaceface If I was playing god I would want to watch it fall apart, or if my civilization was monitoring another lower civilization I'm sure they would document something like this but not intervene. It can't be an animal or bag it moves far to fast with lazer sharp movements plus it also seems to hover and I might be wrong it looks reflective.
