I dunno it's really close. I mean I can see why you'd say Hinata is hotter, but Hinata is almost as hot and much much cuter. Think of it like this you see a picture of two different hot women. One has perfect straight long black hair, brown (in this case white) eyes and a very nice body, with great curves and an ample chest, she is making a shy cute pose, looking like a flower to frail to touch. Then you have another picture the girl has perfect straight blond hair, a much bustier body

Hard to explain, but Sakura is mean, Sasuke obsessed, has short (which is gross to me) pink hair, and her food is nasty. Hinata is cute perfect straight long hair, prettier face, better body... Tsunade is just more tempting... When it comes down to it it's all a matter of taste!
