there aren't any elites there. They're all brutes in their new armour. And it's a gravity hammer, tartarus had A gravity hammer. there's more than one. Like lots of elites have energy swords. It's their melee weapon.

Hey if ya look closely in the part when the master chief jumps over the clif thing u see the elites tagging along with the one brute there with the hammer. Wherent the brutes and the elites in civil war and wasnt that the hammer that belonged to the final boss in halo 2.
