How to make a work garland

i found everything you need at mardigrasoutlet.comand search for, geo mesh , deco mesh, poly mesh, deco tubing, and decorations for work garland, work wreaths etc, it is real fun. if you can't get the work garland you can get colored deco aluminum wire, it comes in a 39 foot roll. start to unravel it and every 5or 6 inches make a loop and keep going to 9 ft. then stick in and twist on colored pipe cleaners through each loop and twist 2x and there is your work garland, good luck have fun
