It's not visually disturbing, correct. It's just a very cruel depiction. Curtis essentially torturing Pedro mentally, telling him he killed his family, took advantage of his dead wife, made his kid watch as his mother was killed and mocked him for not helping, reminded him of his horrible deeds (killing children), only to throw his daughter's severed head on the floor in front of him. Then Curtis kills him, a totally destroyed man as he clutches onto his daughter's head. Sad.

Overall you should try it its a great game not much in the gameplay aspect but the story and atmosphere is crazy. There is nothing quite like this game its very unique.

Pah! get outta here! This game won't steal 'innocence' and it hardly depicts the darker side of reality. It could probably cause a few bad dreams for younger players, but this game is utterly surreal, and the concept of pure innocence even existing or being a worthwhile ideal to cling to is a total sham.

The word is 'ignorance' and it is a false shelter imposed upon youth and wrenched away brutally by parents who don't have the subtlety to introduce reality responsibly, earlier.

If you can handle a game (or movie, show, etc.) at your current age, then there's really no reason not to go ahead and play/watch it.

Also, if you do wind up playing it, keep in mind that Killer7 is less of a game to be 'played' as much as it is something to be analyzed and critiqued.
