Many Christians want to argue that God doesn't want us to empty our minds because we open the door to evil spirits. I propose that our minds are already filled with more evil than we know what to do with. Negative thinking, hatred, judgmentalism, pride, fear, doubt, and worry are just a few of the mental disorders many Christians battle with everyday. We can point fingers at the devil but you really dont have to look that far. Just reflect on your own thoughts and mind, then decide.

You know what, I don't care about Rhonda's doctrine. I don't even care about her use of Scripture, correctly done or not. I care about her intent, and her voice. Her intent is to bring Christians closer to God through meditation, and her voice is wonderfully soothing. I believe that both are at God's disposal and that He is making use of them. Y'all work out the doctrinal/scriptural issues with God on your own, and let this lady do what she's best at.

And they all try to impress each other by citing Bible verses and then interpreting them whatever way they've been taught, which of course is the right way. No wonder there's so many denominations, especially among Protestants. It's embarrassing and it makes me sad.
@isabellibrizzi I am a very proud Protestant! for it the Roman Catholics whom are still Power-tripping. and hiding behind ,"a Diplomatic Immunity, clause" apparantly it is acceptable to them to sell children, wipe out nations and people. Most of the largest world wide Pedophile ring! never to get to go to jail for raping and torturing children! apparantly it is OK, to be overlooked, swept under the carpet, and try to keep hidden. guess what the word is out!

At the end of the day such division and hatred just goes against everything that Christ stood for. Why not just put aside denominational differences and we all pray together for what is really necessary? - to overcome the evil perpetrated day after day in this world - whether by Catholics or others, or by politicians, porno stars, media tycoons or on the internet

We are in the last days now. men shall be lovers of themselves selfish prideful, boasting etc.. 2 tim:3. the word is to protest Catholic ways, not to not Love God and have a personal relationship with him, our creator. Not that all Catholics are bad either though.
I like to pray everyday before I go to sleep, I find that relaxing myself beforehand helpful for example listening to soft soothing music. Also I like to meditate on verses from the bible that I find comforting.
