Global warming is fatal fiction from nuclear power. The world climate started cooling 13 years ago. Photosynthesis has resulted in a static level of carbon dioxide in the air for two centuries.
A better term is climate change and is not all the fault of humans, but yes we do contribute. A lot of the factors are actually natural and would have happened even if humans did not inhabit the earth. Saying this, one had to remember that the human race does destroy millions of habitats every week and cutting down the planets rain forests is not helping.

@Superjombombo1 I believe your 30% applies to the entire planet and not only to clouds (see wikipedia). My info has it that clouds can reflect up to 78% of the sun's energy, but it is very difficult to quantify the reflectivity of the planet because it is not constant. Cloud cover over oceans and tropical areas will have a bigger effect than elsewhere (like grassy land or desserts which in itself has a high reflectivity). Clouds do indeed have a huge impact on climate.

Thats why since the hole is close to Australia we are experiencing a rise in skin cancer because we are getting burnt much more by the sun. The sun produces altra violet rays that enter the earth, our earth is like a green house which capture the sun's rays as well as releasing some of it back into space. Basically the ozone layer is like a green house doing its job and is called "The Greenhouse Effect". (nothing Bad) but the "Enhanced Greenhouse effect" is bad. This is not natural but OUR doing. @Superjombombo1 Nope not science - maybe kitchen science. More heat -> more water vapor. More water vapor -> more clouds. More clouds - more reflection of the sun. The earth's reflectivity goes up and temperature drops. Those are the positive and negative feedbacks.

@oomblikkies Clouds only reflect about 30% of the sunlight coming in whilst also absorbing the other 70% in the trophosphere, instead of letting the sunlight reach the ground and have some bounce back anyways. Clouds also help keep heat in longer, because after sunlight hits the ground and is slowly released, the clouds keep it trapped. Overall water vapor heating>>>>cloud reflectivity cooling

@Superjombombo1 I believe your 30% applies to the entire planet and not only to clouds (see wikipedia). My info has it that clouds can reflect up to 78% of the sun's energy, but it is very difficult to quantify the reflectivity of the planet because it is not constant. Cloud cover over oceans and tropical areas will have a bigger effect than elsewhere (like grassy land or desserts which in itself has a high reflectivity). Clouds do indeed have a huge impact on climate.

There actually is CURRENT research that has been updated this year on the Antarctic ozone hole. Just because the severity of it varies from year to year doesn't change that fact that human activity contributes to the deterioration of the ozone layer.
If that was the case, global warming wouldn't even exist.

@tabrismacbeth global warming is just 1 possible outcome of climate change, as is global cooling. regardless of what you want to call it, things will get way too hot if the "greenhouse gasses" keep increasing from emissions, it will become way too cold if there isn't enough of them. this might be a little extreme but the point is to get you to think about how you are living and maybe make you improve that way people treat the environment...that's just what it said to me

For example, ice cores, soil cores, coral sediments, and tree rings, all provide evidence of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. From this data collected, the dirrect relation to the 18 hundreds can be seen through crbon dioxide level increase, it just so happens that at this time, the industrial revolution started...

I know that the small volvanoe that erupted in Ice Land during this year, put as much Carbon Dioxide into the atmosphere as what humans have saved over the past 8 years.
