from what I can see in the video the beads are not necissary as a knot protector or as a fish attractor. The rig is still useful to those that would rather pay than tie their own rigs.

i hate these rigs cuz they always get tangled, are hard to store, and monofilement has memory so when u take it out of the pagage it gets all messed up and twisted.

I have been these rigs for 45 years and they are good for catching all types of fish with bait.

Walmart, along with many other retailers, do carry these rigs in stores where applicable. The rigs are also included in several fishing tackle kits avalilbe at Walmart
