  • And watch how fast your "hyperactive kid" changes his hyperactive behavior

  • This is fucking disgusting! I came across this video because I'm a pediatric er nurse and today I discharged a kid home and he was on this psychotropic drug, and he also is 3 years old. I couldn't believe dr's who are people the general public trust are putting our kids on these mind altering drugs! stupid parents take kids to the psychiatrist at 3 years old because they are hyper active... How about they stop feeding them fast food, candy and soda and giving them physical activity and disciplin

  • @claudioccornejo Far too many parents are taught they have no other options. From one end of the spectrum -- (1) Apr 15, 2011 – Ten hour siege, a SWAT team... and a TANK: How police dealt with mother who refused to give her child medication.-- to the other.(2) .Parent with joint custody refuses to give prescribed medication ...

Giving Risperdal to a 3 year-old can only mean the caregiver does not want to get off their duff and teach children through play.

  • @claudioccornejo I know several parents whose children were placed into foster care and immediately medicated with several psychotropics. If the child has a reaction, the docs will not know which of the three psychotropics are at fault.

This three year-old was on SIX medications!

I bet Citizens Commission on Human Rights, Austin, want to know the number of children going through the ER, on multiple drugs, esp. young children.

  • it doesnt make them bad parents .the legall drug alcohol does more damage why put a child on antipsycotics which are very dangerous and they are putting this child in danger .

  • gods bless that Judge! may his wisdom reign and spread!

  • Thank you for posting this news footage. The crimes that CPS agencies worldwide have committed against humanity must be punished. State-sponsored child removal is barbaric and oppressive and must be outlawed at all costs.

  • great idea CPS if you kill all the children then they'll be no more child abuse and the world would be a better place. thanks cps you saved the world! *mutters under her breath* assholes

  • theyre doing some kind of sick testing and this girl meets all the requirements for it the way i see it

  • @ctrlxxdubssquare39wi Since I know this child well and have cared for her in my home, I believe the only reason for Risperdal was to make the toddler compliant and quiet. She is so full of life and has the energy I wish I had.

We used Skittles 4 pottying, 1 for using the potty, and another for flushing the potty. She didn't even have an accident for the week. Toddlers are not supposed to be compliant and lethargic, sitting in a corner.

Skittles work much better and are safer than Risperdal.

  • FUCK THAT SHIT, my parents do drugs and idc. they dont do it in front of me... and it doesnt effect me.... and for them fuckers to dope her up thats fucked up.... i'd beast the living fuck outta them. and fuck u fat bitch..... to much energy for that cow to speak? glad she's back with her parents :]

  • this is how they are world wide thank you so much for sharing. the more exposure the sooner hopefully something gets done to help the children

  • You know what's funny? They encourage millions of worse off "parents" who smoke crack on the reg and have more babies for welfare to "take care of" their kids, but CPS goes on a vendetta against this very mild and apparently healthy couple and their kid. Take a look at the "CPA social workers" on this vid. All very disgusting and fat unhappy looking "women", to use the term loosely. Sick sick sick. The're right though..don't do drugs or loose a whoooole lot. Be good for your own sake!!

  • @jaskins75 With all the focus on obesity in children, there was talk in TX of making parents responsible if their child was overweight. As I considered this ignorant idea, I thought, "there will not be many caseworkers because many of them are obese." I stood in court and heard the DA repeatedly state, "If you use drugs in TX, the law says we have to remove the child." That is not the TX Family Law Code!

  • @jaskins75 Chris Branson, lawyer, wrote: "The law on the matter is Family Code 161.001(p), which states that the court may terminate parental rights if the parent used a controlled substance in a manner that endangered the health or safety of the child.

Most judges have the attitude that if you did drugs, you abused the child. Not so.

The drug use by itself is not abuse. It must have endangered the child in some way."

  • @hope4kidz not so hun...children don't have to be in danger...they just need a positive UA and they run with it...I know you don't want to admit it cause it puts your children at risk of being taken away...even a positive home drug screen that over the counter medicines and even prescription medicines can come up positive for drugs parents have never even heard of much less know how to use (Happened to me) they also do need some "Witness" either someone who just met (like in my case) the parent

  • @RabekaJo My children are grown, so CPS would have to take my dogs! I am aware that CPS can simply think a parent is involved with drugs, and although no less than 10 negative UA's and zero history of drug abuse, the issue continues to be played out in Montemayor's court in San Antonio.

Texas law does not support taking TPR because of a positive drug test, alone.

Chris Branson is an attorney who will fight CPS.

If we know the laws, we can assert the laws. TX Family Code is online

  • @hope4kidz they did Marijuana as a recreation drug first and got caught and quit then they got caught doing something that doesn't stay in the system very long Coke...and got caught...um...they were smart to change drug of choice to something that don't stay in the system long but dumb for doing it prior to going to the hospital for surgery...what is TPR? I really don't understand your response here...I wasn't saying your kids were in danger of being taken...did I? Im just defending the parents

  • @RabekaJo Thanks for clarifying; words are easily misunderstood, esp. when space is limited.

    Termination of Parental Rights=TPR.

Oddly, the city of Houston runs hair analysis for drug testing, yet a mother in San Antonio has begged the agency to do a hair follicle drug test so the agency will realize drugs are not involved & never have been, but San Antonio refuses.

Cold medication can show a positive UA for speed, Tylenol 3 can reflect a positive for opiates, so just say no to drug tests.

  • @RabekaJo You Wrote: "I know you don't want to admit it cause it puts your children at risk of being taken away."

Prompting my sassy response that CPS will have to take my dogs because my children are grown. Not sassy toward you but sassy toward CPS.

I believe most workers cannot find their behind with both hands and a road map. We have children trapped in Permanent Managing Conservatorship (PMC) of the state, who remain in legal limbo for years.

  • @hope4kidz or family who is pissed at the parent for some stupid reason...or someone who has been caring 4 children want the children 4 their own...but later find neither people end up having the children at all (in my case)...its just all sorts of messed up and I really unjust...but its still happening every single day...I want statistics of how many families are torn apart each yr and how many are adopted how many are reunited...etc...the true drug abusers get their kids back thats what sucks

  • @RabekaJo You are correct; the dad's family has been nothing but trouble since Rachie was born. The investigator E. Turcios (sp?) said the paternal g'pa made the latest allegations, and while coked-up, he continued calling alleging others were doing what he is doing, using coke.

They do not care about the child who is harmed in their "games" and Judge Judy was able to get the paternal sister to admit to lying "cause he won't party with me." YT removed the JJ vids!

  • @hope4kidz Wish when they learned that the baby sitter in my case was the one who was an ex meth head and admitted to wanting children for her own they would of just dropped the case but no they just set me up to fail...thats not telling me what court orders that were left undone information given to them by the psychology report and drug evaluation had said about me and what was expected...just said I refused their advice...I really wish I could get my girls back but I know I can't how can I?

  • @jaskins75 - CPS workers are pigs, stupid, mean and ugly. They hate themselves and only can feel powerful by inflicting misery on innocent defenceless children.

  • America is full of corruption and lies !!!

  • Government thugs. What do you expect.

  • if you end up in the hospital, the hospital has a right to test you for drugs ? Without probable cause ?

  • @BeautifulBlueLake We believe CPS illegally obtained Mom's drug testing, (HIPPA). According to the hospital lab, unless a person is obviously high, drug testing is not standard protocol in emergency appendectomies. Mom's follicle test registered 1 for illicit drugs; the lowest level is 0.

Edwin T.-CPS- testified: No abuse, no neglect, no signs of neglect, no prior abuse, and Shelton responded, Maybe taking your baby for the next year will give you incentive to follow the court's orders.

  • CPS should be charged with giving restricted substances to a minor, neglect, and be tried accordingly.

  • @petekaz1977 I agree, CPS should be charged with abuse of prescription drugs. They turned this bright, happy, energetic child into a zombie. I have cared for her and she is energetic and the only reason for drugging Rachie is because they did not know how to respond to her. I never drugged her. After breakfast and a few "chores," we played hardy in the morning, and then she took a nap. When she woke up, she ate, and played again. "Throw me high as the sky to catch handfuls of clouds"

  • huh. who's going to protect the child from CPS?

  • Remember: in the eyes of the government, children are THEIR property. You are just there to watch over them, and breed more children for them to indoctrinate.

This is what happens when you vote in big government.

  • @NerfDeathcoil I HOPE THEY (YOUTUBE VIEWERS) LISTEN MAN SOOOOO MANY SHEOPLE SMH

  • This is sick. My mom is a foster care worker and even she agrees that it's more damaging sometimes to take the kids. I can also say, there is something odd going on here. TPR (termination of parental rights) is supposed to be a huge deal and here in Delaware it usually is. There is never a TPR just because a parent tests positive for drugs once, ever. People don't even get TPR'ed just because the child tested positive for drugs at birth. It takes more than that. Something is fishy in this case.

  • @derekismature - In the state of Texas they fast track the TPR.. Houston has alot of kids to take..

  • I disagree with CPS taking the child when there was no signs of neglect or abuse but the mom and dad need to stop doing dumb shit like recreational cocaine use.

  • @daimon7 Absolutely agree parents will grow up and stop doing dumb things. I want to know how CPS obtained the mother's medical records. Her child was with family members and she had an emergency appendectomy. How does that involve CPS?

  • CPS is just one more government tool to reach in and take control of peoples lives at any time. What this story was not able to show you is how arrogant and abusive most CPS workers are toward the families they are "helping"

  • @TheHappyMisogynist There will be more about the violent abuse of friends who attended court with Grandma. A Supervisor assaulted G-ma! Grandma could give people lessons in writing letters to CPS for each question, verbal discussion, meeting, and questionable behavior of workers.

Mom and Dad stayed on top of the agency via letters to verify both sides understand the other.

If we do not maintain written communication, kiss our babies bye-bye.

  • We see this over & over again, but Judges or anyone else for that fact will do anything about it. My friend had her child taken for 1 1/2 yrs for her husband beatn on her. She turned him in. file a restraining order & filed for a devorce but the CPS took her away from her. This shows u what the CPS is all about. They are kidnappers!

  • @1stAmendmentChannel - The Judges are in on it too! It's all a money racket..

  • @diando01 I would love a state investigation into Shelton and his blonde bombshells.

One of them told me, "If you get your adoption case (not that I have one) into Shelton's court, I can make certain the child goes to you." Oh yes she said it!

She stood in court and droned at least 45 minutes, and having her tell any one how a 12-Step program works is laughable, knowing how the wench can drink and still walk.

Notice Shelton's eyes? He couldn't keep both eyes open.
