the paso fino's tail is supposed to stick out like that so, Jburgard04,if your horsesis a paso it is not trained correctlyfor the gait

its not supposed to be like that. its manmade and not painful. you could actually do that to any kind of horse. if you want to know the actual details of it send me a message. nowdays its a fashion statement if that makes sense. this is a fabulous stallion that i favor a whole lot.

psofinofreak; Not all of there tails are manmade 85% of the time they are manmade but not always. I have a gelding that had a natrual carriage to his tail like that only I had it cut to make him carry it out a little farther!!!!!

You can tell the difference in a manmade tail and one that is natural. I have never had to have either of my geldings done bc their;s are natural. However, they aren't near as "extreme" looking as a manmade tail. I have assited in the process of cutting tails and I would have had my horses done but they did not require it. But you can see that this horse's tail has been fixed.

ummm well that tail is a good sign actually...when a horses tail is like that..it means that they are happy and they are having fun..if you ever see a horse run free you will notice the tail hung high...i think its quite beautiful actually

give the horse haldol, for those who doesn´t know is a medicine for eplepsy, this is terrible , they breed them for the disgrace of the horse natural gaits

Yes, lets teach the next generation of horsemen how to tie up horses tails to get the gold. Lets be sure also that we petrify the horse so he does what man wants - whats appealing to his eye. What about this gorgeous creature?! What about all the weight on his back with his tail pulled off to the side?  Do you even know what that does to their equilibrium?

That horse does not look happy...why would you ride a horse with a double bridle or bit or whatever that is? Well, whatever it is, it looks painful for the horse.  I bet you couldn't control him with a halter and leadrope...
