@marilu9950 Take your height and convert it all into inches (eg is 5 feet 4 inches becomes 64 inches). Then, divide it by 2. If your waist is under this (or almost at it) then you're okay. However, if it's over this then you have too much fat around your belly. Hope I helped!

Good information there. Waist size should always be a concern, not pants size, becuase pant sizes aren't always accurate to waist sizes.
