Thanks to liberal policy the world economy is crashing. We must do two things to stop the meltdown NOW!!! Firstly, we need to raise all payroll taxes 10% for one year. We also need to stop (right now) wasteful handout programs like medicare, social security, unemployment,, etc. and lower the minimum wage to $2/hr so we can compete with China for jobs. I will work with Boehner, Ryan and my other republican colleagues and take immediate action on these proposals. God bless the GOP!

Too bad payroll taxes only go to the federal reserve to pay for the interest on the money the congress borrowed. It does not go to any federal program. Yep, pay people 2 dollars an hour! Get people working again! Too bad that won't work either since this would not help people keep their homes. This is all caused from inflation.

Demint is one of the main reasons nothing can get done in DC...he's more interested in scoring political points than actually addressing problems with acceptable solutions or working with his colleagues. If he spent half the energy on positive solutions that he spends on negative carping, he'd be the most effective member of the Senate.
