There is a list of feminists of Wikipedia. While many of these women are hard working pioneers of equality, many of them I would accuse of hate crimes that they would be prosecuted for in a society that was truly interested in the pursuit of equality. These women spoke publicly, to young women who were impressionable and encouraged them to not seek equality, but advantage. If they were men then they would not have been tolerated to do that.

What I mean is that women and men aren't identical with just different sex organs, there are enormous physical and mental differences. Men are better suited for certain tasks and women are better suited for other tasks. The human brain has an enormous plasticity and gender differences are relatively subtle. This means that women and men overlap each other to a great degree in abilities and personality. The media would have you believe the difference between men and women are stark, black and white. The reality is it is grey and very small.
@alice10160 I would like to clarify that in no way do I follow generalisation's. Men as a whole are wired to be better at certain things than women and women are better at some things than men. However this is based on the genders as aggregates and the average differences are significant but very small. This is why it all breaks down at an individual level. Individual differences are much greater than gender differences and there is enormous overlap between the genders.

They may feel they have to go above and beyond equal measures to protect women's rights. I don't know that with certainty and they probably would not admit that anyway if asked. I'm not really sure what chivalry is. Something to do with honor among knights. I guess it got extended to mean things more to do with supposed honor in men's dealings with women (romantic era). Whatever chivalry is, I suspect it's in need of an overhaul.

For example, my uncle is a fantastic cook and spends more time with his kids then his wife does. Both of them work at well-paying jobs. There is a list of feminists of Wikipedia. While many of these women are hard working pioneers of equality, many of them I would accuse of hate crimes that they would be prosecuted for in a society that was truly interested in the pursuit of equality. These women spoke publicly, to young women who were impressionable and encouraged them to not seek equality, but advantage. If they were men then they would not have been tolerated to do that.

Men are better suited for certain tasks and women are better suited for other tasks. The human brain has an enormous plasticity and gender differences are relatively subtle. This means that women and men overlap each other to a great degree in abilities and personality. The media would have you believe the difference between men and women are stark, black and white. The reality is it is grey and very small.

@alice10160 I would like to clarify that in no way do I follow generalisation's. Men as a whole are wired to be better at certain things than women and women are better at some things than men. However this is based on the genders as aggregates and the average differences are significant but very small. This is why it all breaks down at an individual level. Individual differences are much greater than gender differences and there is enormous overlap between the genders.

Putting others before onself, should be an universal act, if it is so noble, and not one which is gender polarized. Chivalrrous men usually can't accept it when women can do things better then them.

I'm not really sure what chivalry is. Something to do with honor among knights. I guess it got extended to mean things more to do with supposed honor in men's dealings with women (romantic era). Whatever chivalry is, I suspect it's in need of an overhaul.

For example, my uncle is a fantastic cook and spends more time with his kids then his wife does. Both of them work at well-paying jobs. Consider, for instance, the judicial system (which society has traditionally claimed should be blind) treats men and women differently; it is not uncommon for a woman to claim some preposterous thing (usually as a form of revenge for a perceived slight) and the police/judges to operate on the assumption he is guilty rather than innocent.

@animalpins Look up "parental alienation syndrome." Women use the courts time and time again to keep dads out of their children's lives. This is an act of domestic violence committed by women under the protection of the law.

@karlsmith00 I wasn't talking about Japan in this particular thread but the point of what's going on in Japan is that the men simply don't care about such things. They are going their own way without women.
I also already made a comment about how men have always been objectively criticized and see no reason to repeat myself. However I will say that you calling me a nobody isnt objective criticism. Its an elementary school insult.
You also didn't say anything about parental alienation syndrome.
