mili means 1/1000 kilo means 1000, but yeah youre right actualy i got confused cus stopwatches usualy have 1/100 of a second, and they call them milisconds istead of. erm.. centisecond? rofl
they should have used eyetracking for the cursor movement. the technology is already being marketed. voice control along with speech recognition could be used to generate clicks, use scrolling and could basically replace all button inputs. all technologies combined could make for a really comfortable input method and not just for handicapped users. i don't see people singing in front of their computer in the future to move the cursor, though :D
I think there's a better solution and it uses brainwaves. Look up Neurosky. So far they're only into games, but the move from games to mouse movement isn't too hard
i feel like it would be better to be a "u" "m" "k" "a"

emm he said about a 100 times per second, and then every 10 miliseconds, isnt there only 100 miliseconds in a second, and not 1000?
VirtRampage 3 years ago
@Virtrampage: And that's why it's called milisecond. Mili as mille meaning 1000 in latin :D
No, it's 1000 miliseconds a second :D
