  • Very Nice, where/when was this filmed?

  • Where is this? Pretty Cool

  • The Bible says NOT to Worship the "queen of Heaven" so what do Catholics do? The opposite! And they think they are obedient to GOD? What a joke!

  • Dear Blessed Immaculate Mother of God, pray for me.

  • Kiwichristian,The word assumption is not in the Bible, but many doctrines are not stated in the Bible(as the Trinity), yet there is evidence Mary was assumed. First, it's happened before: Enoch was taken to heaven and Philip, after baptizing the eunuch, was assumed and reappeared elsewhere on earth later. Also Revelation 12 proves it too...a woman in heaven(many believe to be Mary). Nor has her grave been found. Apostle Paul's trip to heaven and back is also an assumption(2 Cor. 12)

  • @livinupnorth1 Who cares whether Mary was assumed or not? Nobody gives a rat's ass!

  • @Cherubaby Is this why you go through so many Catholic hymn videos copying and pasting the exact same comments trying to spread your hatred? Makes me wonder what kind of "Christianity" you think you're practicing. I'll pray for you. Pax Christi! :D

  • @dizzy365 I don't hate anyone. Just trying to make you people see the Light - Jesus is ALL you need. Thanks for your prayers! I will pray for you also.

  • That's nice that they waited to process out. Our priest darts out like he's a criminal on the run. Thankfully, our parishioners remain put and sing until we stop. The only person rude enough to leave during the Song of Sending Forth is, of all people, our parish nun who waddles across the altar area on her way out.

  • @TVWriterGuy Discusting, yet not surprising. Consistently, throughout history until this very moment, the biggest enemies of the Catholic Church have been and remain Catholics, non-shepherds in particular. A discusting and preventable travesty of highest proportion!

  • Beautiful - thank you for sharing - Lance †

  • Just beautiful!!

  • scribd (dot) com/nb812

  • It would be funny if they did the number from "Sister Act". and the priests started dancing.

  • @kiwichristian2009 I would like to see the context in which this is written, I'm sure his point was in favor of these things you are trying to put a negative spin on, its obvious you have taken it out of context.

At least a few of those things were in the Jewish faith, not everything that had pagan origins is bad in and of itself, important thing is how its understood.

Anyway take all that away and what are we left with? fill in the many blanks, lol.

  • @kiwichristian2009 Once again, because you're quoting Cardinal Newman out of context.

BTW that books title is called "The Development of Christian Doctrine".

One of his best know quotes is "To be steeped in history is to cease to be protestant".

And you better take off that wedding ring if you're married, it has pagan origins.

  • @Moe3214 How do you explain the testimony of ex catholic priests and nuns i have seen, heard and read? I suppose they are all "anti-catholic". Trust me, you have been brainwashed and these stories will make you cry at the atrocities your so-called "church" commits.

  • @kiwichristian2009 I say that I feel badly for the few hurt by other few but the entire Church, an entire worldwide religion, cannot be held responsible for the actions of a few lost souls.

  • @resarie85 My friend. Yes, it can when the church as a whole is responsible for covering this stuff up when they KNOW it happened and is still happening.

  • @kiwichristian2009 I looked at the book online, pg. 359 doesn't say anything about what you quoted, the quote you provided is completely fabricated!!!

You're either a liar or a useful tool for some anti-catholic bigot, wake up man you've been duped.

  • @Moe3214 Really? Then i will investigate it further as i do not want to propagate lies. Thank you.

  • @kiwichristian2009 You understand Catholic faith because you associate with those that couldn't or didn't want to remain faithful for one reason or another? Wow, that's actually pretty closed minded. That's like asking Bill Clinton for marriage counseling.....

  • @resarie85 I partly listen to people who have been there, yes. I also look at historical evidences and facts. I also look at what popes have said in the past, like Pope Nicholas I declared: "the appellation of God had been confirmed by Constantine on the Pope, who, being God, cannot be judged by man." Labb IX Dist.: 96 Can. 7, Satis evidentur, Decret Gratian Primer Para

  • @kiwichristian2009 How can she not be full of grace, she carried our Savior inside her own body for 9 months? So, go and read the actual Gospel of a Bible that is not the King James version and you will see that even there, it's talked about her ascencion soul AND body into Heaven... So, if God saw fit to bring even her living flesh into Heaven, how can you say she isn't full of grace?

  • @resarie85 Because God says so. You said her assumption is in the Bible, can you please quote me that passage, because i have not seen it.

  • one thing Catholics could learn from the Protestants: how to take hymns at tempos faster than quarter note = 40.

  • @rmrjg4 As well as the way to heaven. Acts4:12 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

  • long live the Catholic church!!

  • I love this hymn. I myself am an organist. believe it or not, i am 16 years of age. I play at St Mary's Catholic Church, Staffordshire, UK. very good hymn. love it!

  • @moocowluver19 This comment marked as spam? odd.

  • Since when are Catholics "fundamentalist"?

  • I Agree. Catholic's are not Fundamentalist. We are all the same. It doesnt matter what religion we are, we are all Christians. And the main part in Christians is CHRIST. I am 16 myself. I am an organist and I hate it when people "have a go" at the Catholic Faith. It isn't fair.

Though we are many, we are ONE!

  • I think if most Protestant fundamentalists, who so often attack Catholicism, attended just a couple of Catholic masses, it would begin to open their eyes to the truth. The Catholic Church ( and Catholic means "universal") as the Bible says will stand the test of time, an the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Nice organ in your vids...you play well! I play keyboards, and play some hymns I just learned by ear. Never sat down at a real church organ tho, maybe one day. God Bless.

  • Thank you. Those videos were taken quite a while ago though. So I have been told I have significantly improved which is good to here. Do you live in England?

I shall be playing some recitals all around Cathedrals in England. My first stop is St. Chad's Cathedral in Birmingham. Then Lancaster Cathedral. Then Stonyhurst College. So I have a busy schedule!! But thank you also for helping me on this one. If people just opened their eyes, they would see that Catholics are the same as everyone!

  • I live in New York City...across the big pond. One of these days too, I have to get to Europe and see some of huge, old, beautiful cathedrals. We have a few over here, but nothing like in the UK, or France, Spain, Italy. You must be a good player to travel around to play like that. Best of luck!

  • Hail Mary!

  • Ave Maria

  • Where is this parish? Is it a traditional parish?

  • I've seen so many of these debates on here and they're all fruitless. What is the point? God cannot be rationalised - He (in His essence) is completely irrational ... but through the Holy Spirit we begin to understand God - we cannot find God through a myriad of aimless discussion.

As for our Most Holy Mother of God and Ever Virgin Mary - she is the Temple of God ... the Ark of the Covenant ... our true mother.

  • This is one of my favorite Catholic hymns. I am an organist and like to play it.

  • Very nice. Feast of the Holy Family or Marion Feast day?

  • Comment removed

  • This is one of the most beautiful hymns of the Holy Roman Catholic Church, honoring the most Holy Mother of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

  • My friend, I don't think you understand yet. Certainly everything comes FROM God; it comes THROUGH Mary our Mother. Just as Christ reversed the sin of Adam through his passion, death and resurrection, Mary reversed the sin of Eve through her obedience to God. "Be it done to me according to thy word." Do crack open your bible, read the Magnificat, the hymn of God's finest creation, who bore God--for us men and for our salvation!

  • @kiwichristian2009 If Mary doesn't deserve our veneration as a holy woman and a holy person, then who does? Oh yes, your pastor, probably. For the sake of your soul, stop thinking yourself wiser than 2 millennia of Christian theologians and holy men. Furthermore, wouldn't you be very angry if someone were to insult your mother merely because they don't know much about her? Consider Whose mother now you are insulting here. Cease this arrogance, submit, and do penance.

  • @kiwichristian2009 And you, sir, confuse your fundamentalistic bibliolatry with Christianity. I believe the Scriptures, inspired by the Holy Spirit, and I also believe the teachings of the Apostles, those closest to Christ, and what they taught to their disciples and successors, who transmitted their doctrine on to the present day through their teaching and writing. In no wise is the Gospel contradicted in these. If you consider these "satanic," then you, sir, are the one calling God a liar.

  • @kiwichristian2009 What offends me is not that you hold the beliefs that you, but rather your rudeness in preaching them among the comments to a rendition of "Hail Holy Queen Enthroned Above," which you know as well as I will be viewed mostly by Catholics. We know what Christianity is much better than you do, and don't want to hear your narrow and obtuse version thereof. Go and preach to your own choir. From this point onward, I'll not be feeding the trolls.

  • Thank for honouring me with the opportunity to practise patience and tolerance denying my anger. May Our Blessed Lord visit you someday, soften your heart so that you recognise His Love for you.

  • You definitely don't know what you are talking about. You are not a catholic or i assume you are ignorant of the catholic faith so you have no right to say something blasphemous about mary and joseph. I have a question for you... what if one day when you die, as we all know everyone will, you suddenly realize that religion indeed exist and you are condemned? Well, its too late.... There's no turning back... What if the opposite is true? well, did i lose anything? Not really....
