Well, the surly bums where I live mainly have pitbulls. I mean does this suprise anyone, these bums will do whatever it takes to get money for their booze/drugs. Best thing to do is not give them anything. The liberals come from the burbs and see the poor poor bums.....hand them dollar bills to ease their guilty minds.

People are starting to pass laws here now to put poor homeless people in jail now and even the people who try to help them.

I uploaded a video where a man was put in jail for giving them food.
