Was thinking about Nietzsche's maxim, "What doesn't kill me makes me stronger." I always thought this was bullshit. I wondered if N's syphillis made him stronger. lol Then, just by chance, I was looking up some Christopher Hitchen's articles on the Vanity Fair site. Just before the great Hitchens died, he wrote an article ripping N about this very, stupid maxim that you hear young people say all the time. I am now through with this idiot Nietzsche.

Im going ot make a comparison to the NBA players and god. People can look at the pros as if they are gods(in their sport) and the best and others will not agree with them so there is rivalry. Rivalry between teams can lead to fights. People believe there is only one god and others dont so there will be conflict between them as well. prove me wrong?

@MrDuobros No thing can be disproved, everything exists with reference to ones self (Subjectivism) and also we create heresy towards "G-d" when we make distinctions, to imply the "Other"'s worship of another God, is also, arbitrarily to imply ones own false worship and the possibility of another "significant" "G-d" which there isn't, Religious loons need to learn logic. Read Marx's theory of False consciousness and 1984, it'll give you some idea what I'm on about :)

Ah, a bunch of left wingers who think they get "Knee-chee." It never ceases to amaze me how cultural Marxists will stop at nothing to appropriate thinkers whose views, when taken in their totality, would horrify them. There's also a bit more to Nietzsche's ubermensch than this clip lets on. He doesn't just "reject constructs" or whatever. He is noble and dominates through strength. The only "good" idea N conveyed was the master and slave moralities and how these led to the invention of god, explained in Geneology of Morals. There are very few people who understand the implications of Nietzsche's perspectivism. There are very few people who are WWII revisionists. There are very few people who BOTH understand perspectivism and understand that the Nazis were not the ultimate evil they are made out to be. This is proven by all the Nietzsche notes found on dead German soldiers in WWII. To deny that N was a big influence on the Nazi's is to lie to yourself.

obviously you havent read any Nietzsche. read Beyond Good and Evil. you will see firsthand Nietzsche repeatedly criticizing German culture as slavish herd mentality. N's best thinking was when he argued that God was created by the Master/Slave Moralities and how the Slaves invented God to the Masters in Geneology of Morals. Philosophy is just a bunch of linquistic circles. Quantum mechanics is the real deal. I have discovered the duality of light, how light is each a wave and a particle, a photon. So, light is each, both. I am setting out to prove that locus of control is each determanism and free will, each, both. Einstein and Heisenberg are each correct.
