Well, for Sayaka, the best shot of her is probably at 3:57. And once you realize that's her in the blue dress, it should be easy to spot her in the rest of the "blue room" scenes.

To see Sayaka in the lehnga choli (i.e. the bridal dress), try 4:11 or 4:38. She's also on Yuko's right in most of the dance shots.

Rika gets her big shot at 0:39 and 0:42. Also, in the "blue room" scenes that feature the Fourth Gen, she's the one in pastel green. (Kei is the one in green in the older group.)
