  • What you are describing is part of a host of characteristics associated with overtraining. It's really tough for a non-endurance athlete to get there and most of it can be avoided by a structured periodization program along with proper monitoring of blood glucose and pulse oximeter readings in the morning.

    Don't freak people out. Overtraining is extremely rare among the general population unless some preexisting condition is involved.
