@ThalmightyOne Actually yes, There has been speculation that someone has cracked the 3.56 to allow homebrew emulation the problem is he's waiting for the heat from sony to cool down before releasing it. The Jailbroken PS3 right now is a very dangerous thing to have. I suggest you go to network settings and block off ALL Internet connection EVERYTHING until the 3.56 JB is released

@ThalmightyOne I'm not sure if you are able to. Since the Rogero manager was just a Beta Test for Backing up on Custom Firmware it's probably not gonna have that feature until the Update

@SampleHelper Well if you haven't installed any other custom firmware you should already be on Official FW 3.55. Therefore you should just install Waninkoko then Geohots CFW

Thanks man. Im running kmeaw 3.55. do you know if I can sign on to PSN? and its seems that since Ive hacked my ps3 its been running hard (the fan is super loud). I had this problem before the hack several weeks ago. fixed it by applying arctic silver to the processors. That definately worked, but now its back. any suggestions or thoughts?

@docaughts I haven't installed kmeaw 3.55 :P so i dunno if it's safe or not. I'm stickin to the Geohot+Waninkoko CFW because it seems like the safest bet. As for your PS3 Fan. It's possible that where you have it it's not getting enough ventilation. I have mine out in the open on a table. If yours is in a slot under the TV or bundled up next to a whole bunch of stuff or really close to a wall that may have an affect on it. I often by a can of pressurized air to manually clean my fan and PS3 guts

Hello, I jailbroke my PS3 but I've been having a few problems. When I try and install packages I get the error code 80029564. I tried redownloading them, but the same error keeps coming up. What should I do?

Also, can I go on PSN on my jailbroken PS3?

-Pop a disc into the PS3 and select copy. Let it finish

-Eject the disc

-You should see the game copy on your HDD click ( (X) Start game)

-It will appear as nothing happened

(You should already of installed Waninkoko CFW and GeoHot CFW)

-Go to the */app_home/PS3_Game/ folder and press X

-Have fun playing your Back Up

(It's a bit annoying at first but it works)

Wanna change Game? Go to Rogero-Click Start *Nothing happens*-go to */app_home/PS3_Game/ to play

So to install the files in the description do I just need a USB mass storage device? Does it have to be formatted in a certain format? Thanks in advance!

@ThalmightyOne For the OFW/CFW You would format your Memory Stick to FAT. Then create a folder called PS3 then inside that Folder create another Called UPDATE and inside of update Put the OFW/CFW File inside. Make sure the update file is named like this UPDAT.PUP To install the Rogero Manager or Another homebrew put the pkg file on the root of your memory stick and go to Install Package files on the XMB
