I was one of the guys there to have just fun, i got there when police were swapping the station . I understand the police, since those angry characters ruined the night. The guys who wanted to have fun the rest of the night we retired to the outside, and we began to play djembe's and harmonica, and many other happy people joined, except the ones that were still shouting "police are wankers" at the rithm of our jamming session....
looks like it was a fun party and the police content to watch on and spot trouble if it happened, until the people in vid 3/4 decided to start damaging the station. Surprise surprise, the police had to act.
There are reasons for leaving the UK, this aint one of them. Rising prices, shitty NHS services, looming recession maybe. But these are just bored middle-class kids just releasing their pent up frustration and boredom with life in the UK.
Yo, lets not generalize here, there are not only middle-class people, but people from all over the world and from all kinds of classes. In that station were mainly two kinds, the ones that wanted to have fun and party and the ones that wanted something else more than fun and release their frustrations towards public installations and oppressive police.
The fight didnt start until one of the guys couldnt retreat ( because the people bhind him) and one of the policeman pushed him. then was chaos.
I stand corrected with the middle class issue. It is interesting to not that some of the organizers of this booze up were doctors, lawyers and bankers though..
There is one thing missing here!
SUICIDE BOMBERS!
The party would of ended with a bang and shut these idiots up. FOR GOOD!
