  • how you get your ships to move in celestia? I just installed it and I have the U.S.S. Enterprise from the new star trek movie and I want to make it move like the ships in your video.

  • bit jerky :-(

  • look at time 0:32 on the video and look at the warp engines. One is closer than the other to the saucer section. I looked at it from an angle and it is the same.

  • aff mano queria um video que me ajudasse a encontrar essas naves ai

  • It looks like a time Machine

  • wow, that actually brought tears to my eyes just the ship and the music, so beautiful

  • dose any one know were i can find a moon texture with the citys on it i had it and i know i got it off celestia mother load but other than that i have no idea were to get it i think it may be a trek add on but once again i have no idea

  • Love "E"

    Love "First Contact" Theme

    Both compliment each other...

Thank you for making this =)

  • Well done. BTW, it's "where no ONE has gone before." Thanks for uploading! Live long and prosper! Greetings from the United States of America!

  • "Where no MAN has gone before" is an old version from an original series, so putting it together with the model of the original Enterprise is actually very appropriate.

  • I understannd. Although the phrase "where no one has gone before" existed eight years before the original "Star Trek" series premiered.

  • I am a little confused. Your statement looks like you're saying "but this phrase existed even before ST". If that is the case, then it shouldn't be a reason to prefer it, because then you would have a "TOS phrase vs common phrase" decision involving a ST video, which is quite easy to decide. So did I misunderstand what you were saying?

  • @Ceberuss What I meant is that the phrase 'where no one has gone before' existed in the 1958 White House booklet entitled 'Introduction to Outer Space'. That phrase existed eight years before the original 'Star Trek' series premiered on NBC.

  • @dondonp12004 Actually It was Man first.

    Noob.

  • wait LOL 0_______________0 how the hell did u get these ships in celestia?

  • I downloaded from celestiamotherlode website.

Unfortunately the addon is no longer avaible so I am making my own addon, whic will include all star trek ships that ever showed in series and space station.

Maybe in two months will be completed, but I am not promise anything the acctualy release date.

  • oh :) heheh shame since i havent been on Celestia in ages :D heh hell i hear u once had the TOS Enteprise also in there too :) that ofc is every trekkies favorite kinda ship :).

  • its not lol, they use lightwave and other programs indstrial light and magic produces.

  • Agreed with LutzDerLurch. I noticed this too before I read his comment.... good work piftko6.

  • At about 1:37 The Scene and Music were (in my humble Opinnion) perfectly matched and a great shot, worth given an appearance on the screen.!!! Nicely done, good job, man!

  • Thank You!

  • That wouldn't look half bad in a movie!

  • Its in 3 movies

  • Which?

  • omfg. you're kidding right? First Contact, Insurrection, and Nemesis.

  • I meant the actual USE of celestia as a CG program.
