(Part 5) The lack of a relationship between Herc and Hades is compensated by the extremely weird relationship between Megara and Hades. And I'm not going there either, it's too complicated to explain here. But I will say that the parts when they're together are the best in the whole movie and that this relationship makes their two characters even more interesting. Even as a kid I understood that, and I saw this movie for the first time when I was seven.
(Part 4) ... the conflict between the hero and the villain. Look at another film Disney like The Great Mouse Detective, for example. The relationship between the hero and the villain there is what makes the movie really great.
In Hercules, there is no relationship between Hercules and Hades. Hercules isn't even aware that Hades is the cause of his problems until the third act of the movie! And what's more baffling, when they finally meet he doesn't even seem interested!
(Part 3)... and I think a god could figure out that there was something wrong with that pink water. A baby god like Hercules was, on the other hand...
Also, I don't think Herc forgets about his adoptive parents. In the montage "Zero to Hero" you can see that they are now full of riches and have a huge house to live in, which indicates that Herc still cares about them.
For me, the main problem with the movie is actually the conflict. I find that the most interesting thing in a story is...
(Part 2) Now, about the music of Hercules. I love it. It's energic, vibrant, funny, colourful, but also kinda epic. xD
And about the plot holes. Yeah, there are a lot. But I guess you could... interpret some of them. Some are inexcusable, though. Like the point you make at 7.50... -.- How could they not figure out that wasn't right?
The pink bottle of doom though, you could argue that Zeus wouldn't be so stupid. I mean, you have to drink it all to become mortal...
At the risk of repeating myself, you did a very good job with this review. I expecially appreciated your honesty. I would like to see more of these reviews coming from you. It's really great for me finding someone competent but that doesn't just bash the movie. For example, Nostalgia Critic and Nostalgia Chick's opinions about Hercules are pretty negative. Don't get me wrong, I love their videos and I think they're great reviewers. I just like to hear different opinions. (Part 1)

This concludes my rant.
