Great display of Chenda virtuosity. At first by Peruvanam Prakasan Marar, then Aasaan (don't know his real name) and in the end by the two greats of Peruvanam tradition of Chenda- Peruvanam Kuttan Marar (green) and Peruvanam Satheesan Marar (red).

This is called Thirumunpil melam. The drummers get a chance to show their skils to the King of Cochin during tripunithura temple festival. There is no King now. But the melam is refered to as Thirumunpil ( in front of His highness)
