From looking at it repeatedly, it seems that the noise is happening before his arm has moved all the way, and how would touching someone's arm make a noise like that anyway?
Why do people get so bent out of shape over Most Haunted. I like most haunted and I treat it as I see it. It's an entertainment show. I'm not saying they fake 'everything' but unless your there and involved there will always be an element of doubt about it's validity. If you think it's crap and ALL fake then don't watch it, it's quite simple.

Ive been to loads of the locations featured on Most Haunted and have had experiences myself.... trust me the locations dont need 'spicing up' with trickery and fak ghosts.
I am a viewer of most haunted and i am quite sceptical about what they do but sometimes i do believe there is actually something happening which is out of their control. I presonally think that sometimes they do things so there is something going on in that episode so they keep viewers! i have seen live episodes where they have had things thrown at them and all the people who were there were on camera and Stuart was the cameraman so if any of them had thrown something we would have seen it :)
This bunch of Fakers must think the public are idiots to believe their scams but then if you carry on watching them their viewing rates go up. I stopped watching MH after a couple of times and am now A1 fan of Ghost Hunters, Ghost Hunters International and Ghost Adventures ..... great programmes.
I (no believer in Most Haunted, though I am a viewer) don't actually think this was set up, or rather, if it was set up, it wasn't the guy in the back (is it David?).
When something happens, you need to immediately question where about Karl and Stuart are (but more often, Karl) and to a lesser extent, Evette.
You will notice that whenever there is whistling or groaning, or any vocal sounds, Karl is not on camera.
I can't stand the guy! Not cause he lies but cause he's so shit at doing it!
The so called psychic in the back left corner is the one making the so called ghost noises....he is responding to the questions by knocking or clicking.
How anyone can watch Most Haunted and think of it any other way than a complete joke is beyond me.I hear some saying "they knows stuff that happened so it proves it's true".I understand they do have a word for that and it isn't psychic, it's called RESEARCH. Look at the joint of his hand jerk back. There is a small pinch device that with sudden release of pressure by the thumb allows the two tiny wooden slats to clap together. That jerk immediately precedes the noise.
My question is though. You none believers are very good at producing these clips that isn't real proof. I don't believe in this show either, but I am a believer of the spirit world. Its the people making the claim that something exists whom must bring the proof, not the other way around. Its why all court systems are set up where the state/government must prove that a person is guilty and the person in question only needs to create reasonable doubt.
The point is, you can make up anything you like, and it will still be impossible to 100% disprove it. That does not make it exist.
If I made up a monster that I said I saw once, nobody would be able to provide evidence to be 100% sure I was lying. But that wouldn't make it real, would it?

i believe in ghost's as i have seen one...a few years ago now,sadly a friend of mine of then,his father died suddenly from a heart attack at home...i stayed over 2 months later & slept on the setee..about 2-3am i awoke to see a white figure across the room in front of the armchair on their knees..i was scared shitless & thought my heart was gonna burst through my chest at the time...i mentioned it to my friend a couple of days later & he said 'my dad died in front of the chair!' 10000% honest..

What he doe's is i just see a figure in the corner of my eye , sometime's with colour , sometime's just a shape , I see him sitting under the table in the dining room , but if i look directly at him or "it" , it just goe's away completely , And i see orb's and other things. It's completely up to you to believe im just sharing my experience :)

When people ask if I believe in ghosts, I say yes and usually their reply is "You know Most Haunted is fake, right?" It makes my blood boil. Most Haunted is NOT a paranormal programme. Most Haunted is faker than Michael Jackson's nose. I prefer Ghost Adventures. Just 3 guys with cams locked in a haunted location, not 10 people all with electronics & a screeching bint for a presenter.

Yeah on the 10th of january in Liverpool and it's another seven day investigation!! I'm so exited but i live about an hour away from the asylumn and i was driving past nearby personally i think it migth be locals who might thaught that the exorcism didnt work nothing suprises me these days but i have been watching LOADS of old most haunteds and they seem much more realistic than they do now but i belive in it i dont think they are fake personally but everyone to there own opinion lol x

actually its been shown that there are alot more than '300,000' people that watch this show... theres no way it would last if only that number of people watch and there are at least 2 million that tune in to watch every week when the new series air.

The show is watched by millions of poeple, if every one thought is was fake they would bother. Ghost Hunters is my top favorite ghost hunting related show so far because they don't always get evidence, and sometimes nothing major even happens.
On most haunted, they ALWAYS get major things happening to them; Table shaking, someone being shoved, table knocked over, etc.

Did they get any numbers for the amount of people who were pissed off at them calling their home "The Village of the Damned"? I heard quite a few people in that area were not happy with Most Haunted.

Yeah on the 10th of january in Liverpool and it's another seven day investigation!! I'm so exited but i live about an hour away from the asylumn and i was driving past nearby personally i think it migth be locals who might thaught that the exorcism didnt work nothing suprises me these days but i have been watching LOADS of old most haunteds and they seem much more realistic than they do now but i belive in it i dont think they are fake personally but everyone to there own opinion lol x

The older ones are much better. That was before they started faking so much stuff. I admit I still watch them too. There's not much else on worth watching. Thanks for the info about the next live one.

actually its been shown that there are alot more than '300,000' people that watch this show... theres no way it would last if only that number of people watch and there are at least 2 million that tune in to watch every week when the new series air.

This doesn't 'prove' anything. I don't see how you deduced that David Wells made that noise from this clip. He raised his arm very slowly towards the heat detecting equipment that Cieron O'Keefe was holding; so what?

The show is watched by millions of poeple, if every one thought is was fake they would bother. This film does not prove anything i have seen nothing on so called "proof" videos that would convince me its fake. ITS TV POEPLE, they will be doing things that we wouldnt do because its a tv show, things go wrong, and it needs to be planned. The mary loves dick video is just funny, this isnt doesnt prove anything other than they have a sense of humour about dereks lies

David Wells is a medium and probably very used to hearing noises, also sometimes not all of the group hear the sound when it's made.

The sound doesnt match Davids arm movement,it was slower than the sound. plus the sound was was metallic anyway.
