Star Wars: The Old Republic (Gameplay #17) - Bad Vibrations at Tatooine

Is this game worth a monthly charge? Ive heard some people claim that this game is nothing more than a single player game with very basic/generic player community features.

@Beelzebubb Well, this could be too, but I think it's harsh. You can easilly play SW:TOR as single player game and do some grouping only for very hard quests (called "Heroics") and Flashpoint (aka dungeons made for 4 players). But even as played as single player game is SW:TOR very good IMHO and if you are into Star Wars in general you will have your fun. And you can always play only for the 1st free month and before the 1st monthly payment cancel the subscription.

@MrSanta78 To offer a different perspective; personally I'd be very happy if the game *was* in fact a more singleplayer-oriented game. SWTOR is definitely an MMO through and through (especially the combat, which makes far more sense when tackled as a group even for the non-Heroic quests), and that's a reason I probably won't be paying for it for very long. It's a wortwhile SP experience because of the class-specific storylines, but there's a ton of MMO filler which isn't much fun on your own.
