He was initiated into a Wiccan coven that already existed, before publicising his Book of Shadows. In other words, Wicca already existed, all her did was publicise a book to keep it from dying out. Wicca has been around for approximately 25,000 years. I just had to say this in response to the comments that were suggesting Wicca is not Pagan.
