I think you should get the D5000 and also about when you mentioned the picture quality its the same as long as you set it that way. I set my video on 1080 HD (Very High). But it only records 5 minutes.
I'm having the same issue as you did. D5000 or D90? I finally saved enough money a few months ago to buy my D60 and I discorvered that the D90 makes great movies!!! Thas a really good feature for me. But its so expensive for my first DSLR!!! So now that I know that the D5000 makes movies, I'm wondering if I should get it insted... Do you think the picture and movie quality is the same in both camera?
You Know ive heard of people debating on getting the D5000 Or canon eos rebel T1i But not D90 and D500 Because D90 is almost a Pro. Camera wit lens kit. and D5000 is amazing but not D90 amazing :-D
i Have a nikon d5000 i thought it only shot 720p?
if it shoots 1080 HD how do i do that? :-D
