Considering that Miscavige is like the "Pope" or ultimate deciding authority for the movement, well the proof is that the top two committees that are supposed to be running the movment are NOT functional, shows Miscavige's one man band style is even worse (I think he's an incompetent sociopath) than Hubbard. Hubbard tried to have a couple of strong coordinated committees do the leading and directing of the movment. Miscavige has let the two committees fall apart unreplaced, unfilled.
