Wondering, how is the possibility to go to other, small islands? Lika a one-day-activity? Are there any god, small, islands near or is it just this one?
Two friends and I are going there in september and stay in koh chang for about 8 days. Is there anything else than the beaches and island? Ive seen the elephants and all, but water-activities, djungle-safaris and so on. Is there people arranging that or do have to do everything yourselfe?
if you are going from bangkok, take the government bus! the bus station (ekamai station) is near sukhumvit road. if you are at the eakamai station, a lot of taxi driver will come to you, and ask you for driving you to koh chang for 4000 baht. you can get it for 2500-3000 if you want. the tickets for the bus cost around 250 baht! we took the bus...it needed 6 h.
it is amazing to drive on this jungle island with the motorbike. it smells and sounds so great.
you can go to the waterfalls, elephant tours, jungle tour, kayak boats and boat tours for snorkeling.
the best beach there is the lonely beach. you can see it in my video. you can eat and drink there very well, and there is a very nice location to relax.
Yes, Koh Chang, I miss you....

koh chang is a beautiful island. you won't regret it.
if you are there, you have to rent a motorbike. dont give more than 5 euro (200 baht) for a day.
