After watching all the videos on this and seeing what the pros go through to do it, I'm glad I didn't try to install my vinyl top as a DYI project.  Looks way too nerve wracking.

so this is best left to the pros huh pete and looking good too but why not cover them painted fenders in the back??won't they get overspray on them??

@blazerlover25 the pressure used to spray the glue and the thickness of the glue is so low that overspray in those areas is not a threat. Pete

@MrBlueroads: Vinyl tops in their various iterations, whether (a) landau, (b) carriage, or (c) simple full or partially padded full-coverage treatments are historically correct design options; they hearken back to the cabriolet, convertible and sedan landau design elements of their antecedents, namely horse drawn carriages, and prior to that ancient eg. Roman palanquins: now do you GET IT. Most ill-informed vinyl top haters have no clue as to the design legacy that such automotive roofs convey.
