I still skate, and am doing pretty much what you're doing, just cruising, pulling some slides and grinds, nothing crazy. and I'm fine with it. I'm having tons of fun. fountain of youth man. I work construction, so I hurt too. It's nuts to try like 10 sets now. Hurts way more than it should. Just givin ya props.
