What town in MA is this property located? If the roof weren't so shot it would be an easy fix up. Looks like the upstairs is just rotting and the plaster is ruined because of the water leaks from the roof. Still cool. That tiny staircase gives me the creeps though. Cool share, thanks!

That is a neat sink.They're called "farmers sink ".They 're in demand now in fancy houses,like the old claw tubs.That house looks like in the middle of nowhere and on land that isn't for sale.Too bad someone can't buy it and move it elsewhere then fix it up.
Thanks for the info about the sink. The house is actually surprisingly in-town, right off the side of a small street. As far as I know the land is for sale online, but as you mentioned, it's not apparent from the property.

With a bit of work, that place could be a nice home for someone. It looks like it's still in decent shape. And when I think of the homeless families who could use a place like that, it's a shame it'll probably get torn down and replaced by condos or a strip mall.
