Great looking Amelia! I wanna get my sized back, before married i used to have 38 sized (European size) and now i am having 46 size. Saw your videos make me wanna get my old sized back. wanted to tell you that since of this video I donated a ton of my clothes (sz 16/18/20/22) & shoes 8.5w to my parents yard sale last week.

I listed everything for $2 each and made....$132!!!! The rest I dontated to goodwill. Thx for the idea :)

Hello Amelia. Love all the comments! You truly are brave to post what is a personal experience to help other with there journey. I have never been extremely heavy, but at times overweight since I was a child. My family who are all skinny always felt the need to tease and make comments, not realizing the pain it caused. i have had a tummy tuck been on every diet. I am 5 4' and weigh 140 to 145. Everyone tells me i look normal to slim, but when i look in the mirror all I see is the chubby kid!

The thing I found out to do with bathing suits when your a 12 on top and an 8 on the bottom is tankini. They are the only way I can get a suit to fit!

Oh dear! I know it is so fun to get a good deal on things but from experience I can tell you that it will all weigh you down. How many t-shirts and work out pants do you need? Maybe this is a transference issue from not overeating....just throwing it out there. Stop cold turkey now. But then again, live and learn. I am trying to purge my house full of "STUFF" and it is driving me crazy.

Hi there. Ive watched all of your videos in the past 3 days! Im so impressed in your results. I visited my Dr on Wen & he suggested this surgery to me. Im just so scared, but watching you on here and the way you do everything is making me think positive.
