The real way to do it is fight every trainer even if it gets boring really fast

don't use repels and fight every wild pokemon unless they are too underleveled

And what i do is go to a place where there are quite strong pokemon (quite far into the game) and put your more underleveled pokemon first in the party, then switch to your strongest pokemon to fight them.

Or fight them with a pokemon holding the exp.share

And there you go

Yea... there are much better ways than just walking around the johto region. You could just use exp share and have stronger pokemon take on the elite four until it can battle the elite four itself, and then level it up to level 100. That is how in black/white (it'll work for soulsilver too if the elite four gets stronger, which I believe they do.) I got my furret and shiny chandelure to level 100.

Yeah, when you go in the cave you use Rock Climb to get up on the "top" of MT. Silver and I've found Golbat, Ursaring, and Onix ranging anywhere from 48-51 in level, this helped me alot in training my Tyranitar because he was getting around 1000-1300 exp per battle.

@HalfCyborg No, davenportt94 is right, expshare and Pokemon league, and if strong enough, lucky egg and Pokemon league is the fasted way. Your stats are going to be crappy no matter where you train. If you are training for improved stats then look up EVs and IVs. that's where stat numbers come in.

EV (effort value): stat enhancement based on WHAT you defeat, not WHERE.

IV (individual value): stat increase from its base stat that can only be bred for good ones or from caught wild Pokemon if lucky

Umm Wow These people are mean but i wanted to add that if you acualy TRY you will probally have a pokemon at lvl 25 at goldenrod like i did and if you get a exp share and go to the elite four and fight them then you can get a level 55 in like 10 minutes if the elite four is at there maximum lvls like 70 i think,That's another way to lvl up WAY faster :)
