Well you should go for about a week with only 6 hours sleep. This means you will only get deep sleep and not dream sleep. During this time you spend 20 mins a day listening and watching intensely Cara's Videos and soaking up her wonderful persona. Then you watch before you go to bed and get a full nights sleep. You will bounce back with dream sleep. One other thing to do is wake up early in the morning, watch vids for 20, and then go back to sleep. This is when you ususally dream the most.
