  • This is exactly right, i hate it and all im asking is my stuff back, now i gotta buy fking upgrades just to get back where i was, what are they gonna do next, make me rebuy the base gun? they better not.

  • That is funny, good work. Maybe some bad media attention will snap them out of it.

  • ROTFLMAO

    ye it sux

    Great Vid btw.

  • @AsimisterMT Sorry, thats a scion xb. :p. one of the first models.

  • Seriously if there is no one that can do this legally, then the only thing we could do is stop buying their battlefunds and playing their game.

  • EAsy doesnt care for the costumors that much. They do changes without permissions. That it usual but doing changes for something people payed? That is what no other company does.

  • If we wouldn't put up with this happening in the real world, then why should we put up with this when we buy virtual goods as well. The answer is simple; it's because virtual goods are a new form of business which hasn't been looked at carefully by legislators yet. It's time that lawmakers take a closer look at virtual goods and make sure that consumers have the same protections when purchasing them as they have purchasing regular goods. A Class Action Suit might help get the conversation going!

  • @fidler12 your right, but first someone must have the money for a lawyer, or access to one who would do this for free. The first step would be to get this in the media... on gaming sites, etc. Afterwards some lawyer somewhere might be willing to take the case against EAsy. I do not believe this would be a difficult case to win, after the lawyer has gathered all the facts. (which they would do in a days time.) And whether win or lose, the case would be made that laws should

  • @fidler12 be made up, and implemented with virtual goods just as well as physical ones. That in itself would stop companies like EAsy from being able to (for now) legally con others. The first step, is getting the Word out. EAsy/EA would hate bad mass publicity regarding a lawsuit on scamming customers, and all companies that sell virtual goods would not like a strict law on the matter.

  • @bcfstudent07 I agree on all points. I know of a couple firms that might be interested in this. EA has deep pockets and that alone might be enough to get them to take a look at this. Regardless, I think EA/EASY will try to find a way out of this before it ever gets to the point where lawyers need to get involved. Also, I doubt that EA will want to champion a fight for other companies who make a lot more money from virtual goods than they do. I could go on, but I'm running out of space...

  • @fidler12 Im actually very surprised there hasnt been any lawyers who play the game who havent stepped up to lead the class action, but hey, thats saying there is a lawyer who plays pay4bullshit

  • name of your car please :) :D
