Its not poverty. I was brought up on a council estate my Mom and Dad was on the dole. I had a great childhood. Now i live in Thailand where there are no benifits if you don't have a job then you'r pretty much on the streets begging. Including children and geriatrics and there's no NHS. Im not saying this Mother and Daughter have the best arrangement but its not poverty.
