There is more than what you precieve in this mysterious and unfathomable world. Because you have ageed to the description of the world you have accepted the limits of those agreements and that those descriptions are all that is. What may lay beyond the constricts of those agreements is unacesable until you discover how the agreements you have made are resticting you.
Good time vibes book in which he states the obvious and tells us all "what" we should be doing (than anyone already knows) yet ye does nothing to tell us "HOW" to do anything. Even though the 4 agreements themselves are good advice the entire book itself is full of fluff, filler, repetition, and contradictions. I was so disappointed when I read this book. A little unrealistic. People fall for this book simply for it's prettiness, they are blinded by the pretty words.
Just recently bought this book - it's not Rocket Science, it's four very simple ways of bringing about change to your life. Its not just about being aware and understanding them - its also about incorporating them into your daily way of living. Wonderful Post.

Stay close to Jesus - trust that He is in control. At the same time explore all the other wonderful paths that He leads you to. But stay close to Jesus. I few years ago I dropped everything I was doing and read and read and read everything I could get my hands on. What I found is that there many roads to the same Truth. Do not be confused the yearning you have is a deeper yearning for the Truth which all comes from the same place. If your intent is genuinely to discover the Truth and alleviate any self doubt and anxieties then start with ignoring the fear and worry to seek outside what you're norm. It all came from the same place.

I would've respect you and your religion more if you were being respectful to not only me but also to yawehking. If I were wanting to keep humanity in bondage, fear and war, here's what I'd do: Tell humanity that death is it's fault, rather than a natural part of life. Tell them that they deserve to be punished for bringing death into the world. Tell them that science and logic are fallible human constructs, and that scientists and other real truth seekers have an alternate, evil agenda, and that Faith is the way to go. I'd tell them to think that life is just a step towards something better.

I don't think Christians are even aware of the Gospel of Thomas or the Dead Sea Scrolls, etc. There's so much to learn. When they do, they will realize that God is within ourselves. That's the message Jesus was conveying.

Would you agree that it is us in the cultural sense that require the worship of God? It's like the old saying- God made man in his image, and man returned the compliment.
I agree with you- it is not religion but spirituality that defines us and spirituality is a way of life that promotes the growth and development of the true individual. Unlike religion, it is not an obligation it is our natural path.

@pablomatic77 The teachings of Christ are here in the 4 agreements. This is a way to reach God and is consistent to not only what Jesus preached but to what Krishna, Siddharta, Lao Tzu and other teachers taught. There are several ways to reach enlightment, God, Heaven, or whatever it may be called but it's the same place. don't understimate what you can't understand now. Maybe you will.

I few years ago I dropped everything I was doing and read and read and read everything I could get my hands on. What I found is that there many roads to the same Truth. Do not be confused the yearning you have is a deeper yearning for the Truth which all comes from the same place. If your intent is genuinely to discover the Truth and alleviate any self doubt and anxieties then start with ignoring the fear and worry to seek outside what you're norm. It all came from the same place.

Sometimes we feel that certain things hold truth in them, but we often fail to remember that by our own understanding, we sometimes do not make good judgements. God is the Lord because He is good beyond imagination, and most importantly He loves. That supercedes any other quality other religions have to offer.

I would've respect you and your religion more if you were being respectful to not only me but also to yawehking. I understand you have a very hard belief with "God/Jesus", but in my opinion he doesn't exist. Why? Any god who says "you have to worship me, or you have to go to hell", is not worth my "worship". A god doesn't want to be worship. A god wants to help others, guide and help their life. There are more than just "ONE" god, there are hundreds.

@HelloImQuin Jesus/God never said these things at all - it was the catholic church and they are part of the shadow government in place with one goal and that is to keep humanity in bondage, fear and war - total control. Christ himself never claimed to be anything more than an ascended being who's true message was reincarnation & to "know yourself on every level and you will know the universe and the Gods" check out the dead sea scrolls for among other writings are the 8 other gospels

If I were wanting to keep humanity in bondage, fear and war, here's what I'd do: Tell humanity that death is it's fault, rather than a natural part of life. Tell them that they deserve to be punished for bringing death into the world. Tell them that science and logic are fallible human constructs, and that scientists and other real truth seekers have an alternate, evil agenda, and that Faith is the way to go. I'd tell them to think that life is just a step towards something better.

I don't think Christians are even aware of the Gospel of Thomas or the Dead Sea Scrolls, etc. There's so much to learn. When they do, they will realize that God is within ourselves. That's the message Jesus was conveying.

Would you agree that it is us in the cultural sense that require the worship of God? It's like the old saying- God made man in his image, and man returned the compliment.
I agree with you- it is not religion but spirituality that defines us and spirituality is a way of life that promotes the growth and development of the true individual. Unlike religion, it is not an obligation it is our natural path.

This is a way to reach God and is consistent to not only what Jesus preached but to what Krishna, Siddharta, Lao Tzu and other teachers taught. There are several ways to reach enlightment, God, Heaven, or whatever it may be called but it's the same place. don't understimate what you can't understand now. Maybe you will.

Because at least I had the wisdom to live my life in a living hell but turned it into heaven. Theres are millions who do not believe in christianity, and i am catholic, but im starting to believe that a god that is to be worshiped isnt a god at all...
