@TPena92 Jones did fight quality fighters. Pacquaio has gone up about 40 Pounds. So did Jones. He started his carrer at jr middle. You put Pacquaio in a fight with a Jr. Middle Roy Jones he would probably get knocked out. When it comes to pure talent only a few people come close to Roy. That's why he made the boxers he did fight look like amateurs. No one could compete at his level so he never really live up to his full potential.

Exactly EJ most Roy haters never even saw him fight first hand in his prime. They are kids in their teens and 20's who never saw his prime.

He was not only fighter of the decade by every boxing magazine but the disparity in which he won by was ridiculous. He was absolutely untouchable for a decade. Boxing as we know it has only been going on for about 120 years so that means there have been 12 fighters of the decade. And 1 maybe 2 fighters won by the disparity of Roy.

When Jones fought Hopkins Joe wasn't even a pro boxer, the Jones stepped up to Light Heavy in the late 90's, just when Joe won the WBO belt. So Roy Jones Jnr is really gonna fight someone from the Welsh Valleys when he's hitting prime time and huge purses for every fight i think not! Calzaghe had nothing to offer and wasn't even fighting at the same weight so that fight would never have happened.
