Well, the driver of the bus was about the same as faulty, as the driver of the semi... I drive fast too, but when I see congestion like that, I always slow down, precisely to avoid accidents like this, or to be able to stop if a car would switch lanes, etc... Must be brainless to drive like that in the middle of a traffic jam, even if it's a designated bus lane. There are always stupid drivers and getting there a few minutes sooner does not worth lives...

ahh i get what happened to the truck!! if you look closely you can see that the cars in front of the truck are practically stopped. if you think about it the truck driver did the right thing. almost never or never do you see a truck rear end someone without a death. and at that speed it was gonna be a couple. search (tunnel crash) and you will see a truck kill a bunch of people

@valvontakamera I don't know if it's a buslane: I can't see what the vehicle in front of our 'view-vehicle' is, but it looks to me to be another bus... But hey... buslanes are very common here in the Netherlands.

@weeardguy I guess the driver trusts other cars to stay on their lanes, but to me the whole situation looks dangerous even before the truck comes in front. As if the driver is sleeping and not paying attention what is happening in front. Just following the tail lights of the other bus.
