@tifwit1...It means your locs are trying to seal. I have pulled some of mine off in the past and it seemed like it made them re-open and that's when I realized what it was...so basically what im saying is leave them alone...lol im kidding
what are the little balls at the bottom of my lock and why do they hang suspended from the braid like it wants to come off sometimes i take it off are the suspended hair a good or a bad said ,please can you give me some advice,lol not really I am concerned
after some serious hand time I have one loc in mind for my diva loc cuz I want it to be purple. I think it'll look cute ;-D. sometimes a lot of research makes us prepared for what to expect. i was a researcher. liked what I saw and was ready to loc but had expectations in mind too. my problem is trying not to overtwist. my locs ARE Unique to my head and personality. I got the stick out one too! HAHA Luv Ya girl TOODLES! :-D
Hey Napz, Great vid for the newbie. I'm as you might remember am a 2nd time newbie as i took down the first locs and started over. I only regret not starting with 2 strand from the beginning and not finding the loctician I have now. I lost 7 months of growth but am happy now with the fullness of my newbies. I started over on April 23, 2011 to be ready and nice for my sons wedding. He thought it looked nice too. I'm ready again for the hang time. hung a little after 1 week, new growth comin too.
@CraftyFreeSpirit32, sorry but the frizzies are just a stage....I would sometimes do a braidout and that would help with it a little...but it only lasts a little while so it will be over soon..
