A problem I see with restricting 1 vote per IP ad is that, it would, naturally, only count the computers used for voting, not the fanbase per se. So should this method be used, it follows that EACH fan must have their own IP ad to vote.. PC shops are famous in some parts of Asia including Korea. With this, a single IP ad is used by different people. If this were the case, two fans cannot vote using the same IP ad? :[
