this is my surface interpertation.....its talking about two lovers who were very much in love and still had that flame in their relationship....but that flame is the thing that drove them apart..now the person is that the pieces fit cause they were together before the relationship fell apart...now the relationship has gone to hell mildewed and smoldering...but there is a way to fix it...and that saying nothing just tears the relationship apart even more...that unless they fix it the relationship
