Besides Meg Whitman has been attacking Jerry Brown from the start and also using excuses like his record and past of why he's not fit to be Governor (the 70s im referring to), recently Jerry Brown has been the Mayor of Oakland and he was successful as the Mayor of Oakland and did reduce crime, Meg Whitman claimed that the State had to jump in on Education cause of Brown, Not True! Only School Board Electives run the School District, they make the decisions with the Mayor (he has no power though)
