It was a a good car but it always feared many of the exotics back then like the Lamborghini Diablo and Ferrari F50 but against lets say the Ferrari 348 and Lotus Esprit yeah it was a great car.

@vfIskullangel The C4 ZR1 really was a very different car than the C6 ZR1, even for its time -- you're right, it won't compete with an F40. But I'm pretty sure you couldn't buy an F40 for anywhere close to $70k new either. Whereas the new ZR1 really is a world-class supercar in terms of performance, the C4 ZR1 was not. But that's not to say that it couldn't best Ferrari 328s, 348s, and 4 cylinder Lotus Esprits.

Yep, previous owner painted the roof black to make it look like the 1988 35th Anniversary Corvette.
