  • This is the best green smoothie demo I have found so far. Very easy to follow. Takes away the mystery of how to make a smoothie. Shows both how to make a green smoothie that is nutritionally powerful and also tastes delicious. I tried it, and it was so good--and gave me so much energy--I had to come back to youtube and write this comment. Thank you for a video that will help everyone who watches it get healthier.

  • @m4ttybhoy17 Green Smoothies are really complete meals in themselves. I like mine for breakfast. I know some who have them for lunch. Some have two or even three Green Smoothies throughout their day. I think they would energize you before a workout, so that would be a good time to enjoy a nutrient-loaded Green Smoothie.
