a powerband is pressure waves reflecting back into the crankcase to make a crankcase scavenged engine.

What fourstroke engine do you know that has a powerband?

And a turbo isnt a powerband its a forced air induction. Its like a powerband but it doesnt come natually like on a twostroke.

A 4 stroke has a smooth linear powerband, a 2 stroke has a powerband that is curved, like a J shape. starts out low, steadily increases, and increases drastically in higher rpms
