  • @GameingforNoobs Ryan Lochte didn't start taking swimming seriously until he was a junior in highschool and wasn't in the Olympics till he was 20 so your advice....it sucks.

  • your legs should be touching as far as i know

  • My coach would say: your arms are not finishing the stroke. Try touching your hip at the end of the stroke

  • nice vid

  • Umm... her head is bobbing way too much! If she actually needs to look upwards when taking a breath, she needs to lift her body up more, rather than bob her head... WAAY faster. :P

  • her hips dont come up enough i should know 50sec 100 fly yards

  • @GameingforNoobs i feel like thats a complete lie...

  • @GameingforNoobs if that was true you would be in the olympics, maybe thats your time for a 50? take a reality check. no one beleives you!

  • @Swimmer2917 Rofl are you kiding me 50 sec for SC yards thats not even National times god dame i can see you guys know what your talking about and im a bad swimer im 17 and i only have that so im not good enough for Olympics done with swimming if your not in olympics by the time your 18 you might aswell stop....

  • @GameingforNoobs A guy at my school has 49..

  • aqedan ra advili chans

  • Thank you, that was what I wanted to see right before my swimming hour today! 750 calories? I think I could swallow the whole fridge after 1.5km of breast stroke, with 200m freestyle and 30m butterfly at the end of the session : ) I'm gonna watch and feel my hips : ) THANKS!

  • @beatrixme well, if you do competitive swimming. In an hour, we would have probably swam something around 3,000 yds. and then another hour, another 3,000 yds. thats why my entire calorie intake just like.... disappears, so i have to eat, like many other swimmers, something like 3,500 calories a day.

  • 750 an hour... what a lie, in one practice my entire calorie intake for the day just goes down the drain...

  • @thequeenofsmiles Yeah, most swim practices burn around 1000 per hour.. it's the most energy demanding.

  • @thequeenofsmiles Most healthy diets demand eating a lot more than 750 calories...

  • WOW! that was amazing... but... I LOVE her bathing suit! I want one! What brand was it and where can i buy one? :)

  • success with butterfly is all down to correct head position and not over complicating what most people consider to be a really difficult stroke to learn - it really is just a series of surface dives and all children should be taught this when they start to learn rather than loads of ridiculous kicking practices

  • i have the best fly in my group because butterfly is all about the chest press and release. it gives you that rythem and makes it easier to glide through the water and make it look effortless. you just have to press your chest down and that does basically everything for it.

  • That woman is just gliding through the water effortlessly

  • Muy mala la mariposa de esta chica. sus manos se separan demasiado al hacer la tracción.

  • she thinks I don't have my own pool or that my pool's not long enough

  • Best one

  • join "expertvillage", im sure they'll like u

  • it look like so easy!! :P

  • @Stark91510 trust me :) I train swimming ... It is pain in the ass :(

  • @Stark91510 ohhh.... just look...

  • @Stark91510 its not though

  • when u throw ur hands together do they hafa touch?

  • this girl would have a much stronger stroke if her hands were closer together and not at her sides during the pull phase

  • You need to do 2 kicks for every arm pull or you will not get your arms out of the water !

  • i suck at butterflies
